"It's not a plan, it's a process"

Whenever I start a new piece, there is a feeling deep in my gut that needs to be purged onto the grounds in front of me.  Sometimes it is completely unclear where the journey will take me and how it will end but at some point there is a feeling of contentment that signals completion.
